Dublin, OH/Remote: 

• 3-5 years, or equivalent demonstration, of full-time relevant work experience in software development 
• Experience in designing and developing robust, distributed systems using multiple general-purpose programming languages (e.g., Java, C#, Python, Javascript) 
• Experience designing and developing solutions to complex problems with significant business impact 

US Remote or Offshore: 

• 7+ years of software development experience
• 5+ years of related ServiceNow development experience
• Experience with the ServiceNow solutions and modules like ITSM, OMT, CSM, SOM, KM, CMDB
• Experience in Performing code reviews with other team members in a reviewer capacity.
• Experience creating systems integrations and process automations.
• Experience with the ServiceNow scripting
• Experience with a Continuous Deployment/Continuous Integration approach.
• Experience with JavaScript, XML

US Remote or Offshore: 

• 7+ years of software development experience
• 5+ Years as OSS/BSS solutioning experience as an Architect
• Good understanding of various networks (Ethernet, MPLS, Radio etc.) and associated technologies
• Experience with evaluating and recommending vendor products
• Experience with executive and customer presentations
